Reiki is a gentle approach to healing on the physical, emotional and spiritual plane. Linda has received all three initiations that help transmit Universal Life Energy through her hands. Reiki treatment is done with the client lying down, fully clothed on a table while Linda's hands are gently placed on the head and body. The positions allow healing to reach vital organs, chakras and meridians.

The Reiki experience varies but generally there is a state of deep relaxation, pain reduction, and a feeling of deep peace and well being.
